Microsoft has made its Surface tablet available for pre-order with delivery on October 26th. Microsoft should be including the Touch Cover in the box to set itself apart from other tablets on the market instead of charging $119.99. The covers are probably one of the coolest things about Surface and Microsoft practically only shows the Surface tablet connected to a cover which implies you need a cover. Surface would go over much better by including the experience Microsoft is selling out of the box or at a much more reasonable price.
