Microsoft kicks off its $1 Billion Dollar Windows 8 Marketing Campaign With a Surface Commercial

Microsoft will be releasing Windows 8 later this month and it is spending an unprecedented $1 billion dollars in its marketing campaign. The first of that money can be seen in a new commercial for Microsoft's Surface Tablet. Windows 8 and the Surface Tablet will be available on October 26th.
