Remember being in elementary school and having to face the blackboard punishment? It was the punishment that made you broadcast to the world (your fellow students back then) that you got caught doing something you shouldn't have been doing, and the only way to learn your lesson was public humiliation. This type of punishment in now being inflicted on Apple after a UK court ordered Apple to publish that Samsung did not copy Apple's iPad design when designing the Galaxy Tab. Apple must keep this statement on Apple's UK site for 6 months. You can be sure that Apple will erase this from their site as quickly as you did on the blackboard.
