Original iPad prototype with dual dock connector sells on eBay for $10,200.00
There were rumors that Apple was looking to release an iPad with a dual dock connector that allows the iPad to dock in the familiar portrait mode and never seen before landscape mode. This iPad just sold for $10,200.00 on eBay. While this 1st generation 16GB iPad sold for more than $$10,000.00, serious and rich Apple collectors would argue that it is well worth it to own a very rare piece of Apple history never intended to see the light of day. Congrats to the winner, it must be nice to be able to drop 10g's on an important piece of Apple history. Just the Apple fan boy in me appreciating this ;) .
