HP has started sending out surveys to TouchPad owners in hopes of getting some insight of how the tablet is being received. It looks like HP is well aware that there are issues with the TouchPad. Some notable questions:
Device loads applications too slowly.
Applications I need are not available.
Difficulty watching videos from my HP TouchPad on my TV.
Difficulty editing and creating business documents on my TouchPad.
Device crashes/freezes.
Device is sluggish/slow to respond.
Not being able to run Windows or Mac programs on my TouchPad.
Difficulty knowing how much data I am using when accessing information through my wireless service account (eg. Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile) and not over WiFi.
Labels: hp, palm webos, touchpad
